Make 50K a year working an easy job. Been working here for 2.5 years. Never got a raise this company does not give raises I've asked around nobody gotten one. Benefits of this job is you literally work max 2/8 hours a day. I work hybrid so 2 of my days a week are from home. I can pretty much watch youtube or do anything the other 6 hrs. At home I can do just about anything. Not a whole lot of expectations from me either as I am not a higher up. I am in my 20s and I have been living with my parents ever since I graduated from College about 4 years ago. I have around 120k saved up. I paid off everything living with my parents credit cards, student loans, etc. Cleaned up my health too.
Question is my boss is great other than the fact that we never gives a raise. Which ticks me off and others but the job is so frankly easy IDK if I should bother looking for a new job. Would you in my shoes or just keep riding the cozy easy train. With this track I'd hit 200k networth by 30 yr old. My parents own there home I am single and I really do not want to ever get married. Cost to much and why would I bring kids into this shit world. My first job out of college was brutal and some how I got luck on my second gig I got. So I have some perspective as well. Precovid I wanted to move out but now fuck corporate America. I wanna produce the least amount for them.
