hey everyone. i’ve been on the fence of doing this, and want some outside opinions on this. i’ve been working a temp position this summer at a company based in LA. minimum wage posted at start of hire was 16, but now, according to department of industrial relations in CA, LA and LA County (unincorporated) increased to $16.78/$16.90. is there any government law, etc. that prohibits this increase of pay in my position? i’m considering filing a wage theft claim. any thoughts?
