Hi there, I work for a small retail company, and they only schedule me 4-12 hours a week getting paid 18 a night hour. I obviously can’t make a living like this – I found another job that gives me more hours guaranteed every week and pay is way more. – and I just can’t keep receiving these shitty hours – should I ghost them and not show up to my next shift? lol
