Should I give 2 weeks notice for a job I’ve only been at for 3 weeks?

I started a job on October 7th. The job listing does not match all that I am doing. I feel scammed. It was a vague listing about being a “junior assistant” helping a health firm. I was thinking it would be simple tasks, especially for the low wage. I have a bachelor’s degree. If anything, my boss knows he is taking advantage of me. He has made jokes about me accepting his low hourly wage and how I am a young professional that will have a professional job soon (?). I am very overqualified, but I accepted this job because I was unemployed for 4 months and was willing to take anything.

He threw me in as the marketing manager 2 days into working there for a popular venue and they were backed up for weeks for social media posts. I was all of a sudden the person people blamed for being backed up because no one was answering the marketing email, but I only worked there for 2 days? He even forced me to do graphic design for concert flyers, then was upset that it didn’t look like a graphic designer’s work.

On top of that, I am doing accounting work (bookkeeping), which I have ZERO experience in. I’m talking Quickbooks. Mind you, I only have tech and medical experience. Zero marketing or business experience! I am constantly in meetings with creative directors and event planners. I am constantly making social media content. He only pays me $16/hour.

Out of courtesy for the event planners I work with, I would like to give a 2 weeks notice because I am responsible for pushing their events out, but at the same time, I didn’t sign up for this job. I am also always the bearer of bad news. He constantly changes his minds which affects deadlines and an intern has recently got mad at me for his actions.

Should I give a 2 weeks notice, or should I quit immediately? I have a job offer lined up, and I get paid tomorrow. I’m not sure if I should wait until after I get paid. I am just so miserable that I can’t take it anymore. I have seen a staff member, at the venue he owns, confront and ambush him about cutting his hours. My boss’s attitude was not pleasant and he immediately started talking shit about the guy after he left.
