Should I leave, or am I spoiled?

I’m a 30F with a Senior title under my belt. The company I work in has over 200 employees, tons and tons of PTO, remote, flexible hours (as long as I do my job, it’s really flexible). In terms of benefits, I am really happy. However, I’m starting to feel a bit… empty? Due to the nature of my job, my hard work goes unnoticed. I tried to advocate for myself to my superior (who is C-level) and he completely ignored me; I also have an issue with one of the people I work with (more people have an issue with that person as well), and my superior gaslighted me saying it’s me misunderstanding the other person.

I just had my first 360 (in 2 years) and it was very positive.

Should I just stfu and stop whining, or search for more?
