I am having a hard time rn , I have limited time to decide if I should quit my job or not. My manager have been toxic to me lately, I can handle having conflicts with my coworkers but this time the coworker Im having conflict with is favored by our manager.Everything that coworker do, the manager follows even on our privates lives. My coworker unfollowed me on Instagram then I unfollowed her too, then after a few days our manager also unfollowed me. Yes me and other coworkers have issues with our manager from time to time but not to extent we include our private lives. Also recently, I talked with manager for the unfair rules he imposed bec someone joke around with organization chart but those rules were imposed to all of us bec no one was admitting who did it, maybe that adds up why hes having beef on me.Last week, he called for me on his office to question why I will not take the overtime bec someone absent that day even when someone already took it, threatening me that hed file insubordination for me not taking overtime and if I were to be absent at work, Id be the one to find whos gonna cover for me. Hes trying to find faults on every move Id make. Just few days ago in our group chat messenger, he mentioned everybody who have duties that day and deliberately excluded my name as if Im not there that day. Idk if this is bullying, Im reconsidering quitting as this might become worse and affect my mental health.
