Should I report my workplace to OSHA?

Hi there. I'll preface this by saying I hate my job and wish I could quit, but have to stay until I can find something better. I work at my local store of a popular hardware company, and some of the things I've noticed don't sit right with me but I don't know if I should report them to OSHA. We have heaters above each register for winter time, but they're held to the ceiling by skinny chains and small hooks (very similar to what we sell right there in the store) and I don't feel right standing under them. Many of our counters are held together with literal duct tape, one of the register lights is has no screws in the top part and I've seen it wobble whenever the AC comes on, and the merchandise alarms (those tower things by the doors that go off whenever someone walks out with stolen merchandise or improperly deactivated merchandise) as all pretty much broken, aka the only set that works is by our customer service desk while all others don't work at all.

I've already brought a couple of these things (the merch alarms and the register light) to my supervisor, and the register light still has no screws in the top part and he literally told me to my face that the merch alarms were “just for decoration”. Both employees AND customers know most of them don't work. I've been thinking of reporting these things to OSHA, but I don't know if I should. I've spoken with a couple of coworkers about it and they agree that these things just don't seem safe in the slightest, but I'm still hesitant as I don't know if some of them even count as possible violations.
