Should I say something
my boss stood me up for a virtual meeting on Monday. At that time I had to text him to ask if we were still meeting. He said no that he he canceled it on his end. I don’t know what that means it’s a calendar invite and if you decline it I’ll parties will know but whatever. We rescheduled for an in person and he just wasn’t there. After waiting 30 minutes started to leave and saw him in the parking lot. I said you missed our meeting again. He said I didn’t see it in his calendar . Does his calendars not work like everybody else’s because I sent the invite and accepted it. Anyway, we rescheduled for Friday. Should I confront him or just ignore it? This is not his first time being disrespectful. I’m a contracted worker. I have a contract that is year to year.
