Should I send this email to my boss + HR? (context – boss refuses to pay me for hours worked)

context Basically my boss didn't pay me for server monitoring/reporting work I did from 6pm to 9pm, saying it was not done well, I forgot to include some information, my fault. I responded saying that's not OK with me, even though I made a mistake I still worked for 3 hours and it's really disrespectful to be paid nothing for it. He responded by saying he paid me for being on call from 9pm to 6am, which he didn't have to do and the money I was paid was adequate to the quality of work done. I want to clap back this time. I want to clap back this time. I really don't care about this job and this is what I came up with:

I wonder under what law an employer has the right to not pay an employee and not recognize hours worked, i.e. perhaps it should be a given that on-call time will be reimbursed, not that it is “out of goodwill”.

It's possible that this is somehow specifically defined in the employment contract so that the employee is not automatically entitled to pay for work done, specifically I would be interested in SOC pay. I confess I haven't read the employment contract in that much detail, maybe I missed something. Also, I would like to know why the employment contract says that employees are prohibited from disclosing their salary to other employees. This is illegal and unenforceable in court.

If I'm not mistaken, SOC supervision is from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. From 21:00 to 06:00 is on-call only, and if I'm to perform any activity until/at 23:00, I should have at least 11 hours of uninterrupted rest until the next shift starts, or a shift the next day no earlier than 10. Even if it counts from 21:00, I should have a shift the next day no earlier than 08:00. (that 11 hour thing is a law where i'm from)
