Pursuing my ex-employer for NLRA and EEOC violation since end of april. I was fired because of resisting against a very racist boss. Last week, a contract position came up but I dont feel so good about it. If I reject he position, will it affect my back wages ? I want to look for better jobs and dont want to be burnt again :'(
As I understand, proof of job search and interviews is required for back-wages. Should I report them that I rejected a contract position due to no minimum hours ? PLEASE HELP :'(
