I have worked at this small family owned company for around 18 months. During my time here there has been over 20 employees that have been fired or left. The environment is very toxic and the owners have a “everyone is replacable” mentality. I asked for a raise last week after I recieved a new job offer and the owner got mad and pushed me out of the office. I accepted the other offer and put in my notice last week. Since I put my notice the owners and other employees have been very rude and are making it very uncomfortable for me. I don't need them for a reference.
Am I wrong to not finish out my notice?
What do I do?
