Should I sue my ex employer?

I worked for this company only for 2.5 months. Now in August, I did over 100 extra hours which according to the Portuguese labour laws, they are obliged to pay 25% extra for the first hour, 37% for 2nd hour. There were days, I did 6-7 extra hours. Turns out that they paid me everything “as a bonus” so they could pay the minimum without the extras %. I have all files of the hours I did, I have witnesses as well as messages with the manager that said said several times “extra hours”, not “bonus”. When I spoke the owner, he said that it was their mistake, that they “forgot” to tell me that they pay the minimum for extra hours. Right after that I quit. I don’t know how much exactly that would give me €, but I wonder if it’s worth filing a lawsuit against them? I…
