I know this is difficult and i'm in a point where i almost don't fucking care about being fired, cause they can't anyway.
Our current boss is replacing our real boss cause she is out for her maternity leave.
He was one of us (mental health care worker) and it's happens to be the worker how has spent the longest time here.
He is a really nice person, but since he is in charge there has been a lot of negligence and discomfort in our team.
I know that our biggest boss is such a dick, and he dismissed our request of a meeting with all the staff and also is responsable for other office/unit calamities.
We are not even looking for comfort for us or chocolate fountains, we really just want service enhancements or just the minimum to do our job well.
So i wanted to talk with him about what is happening, is he is aware of everything, if he just can't get over the boss for the good performance of this team and service, if he don't give a fuck, whatever.
Cause…i know things that really prove that our biggest boss isn't looking for the best mindset of our mentalhealth service.
Thats not something good for a employee like him, and he isn't a dick but he can become one, and make a bigger mess of this.
Also when he assumed, months later his father died fron cáncer (thats why i got closer, cause i think that he needed to have support in those times, thats how we get along)
