I work per diem, overnights where only 1 staff is required to run the home but 2 are preferred. I have been having problems with another staff and have been expressing this to my boss for a while now.I picked up Wednesday Thursday and Friday nights for this month. The overnighter that I usually work with is off for vacation and my boss put the coworker that I have problems with on with me for these 3 nights after saying he wouldn’t. He then told me that I could have today off if things weren’t going well with her. Well I called off for tonight due to the other staff working poorly with me. My boss then called me and said something about “this is the last time” then I cut him off and said “why do I deserve do work like this when I’ve come to you multiple times and nothing has been done. Then he changed his story and agreed with me??
