I left a sales job after 3 years with him due to declining market and business was going under. I took this job thinking it be a great option for me and my son. The minute I started on day one I knew I messed up. They were very disorganized, cold and stand offish. The head of sales department told me to train with them and learn all youcan. They told me to not bother then and just sit in the office all day and watch videos. I did that for 3 weeks and kept emailing and contacting the head sales what is going on. He kept telling me he'll look into it. This went on for a month of just sitting in the office all day and not getting anything. After making so many calls I got to go out one time with him and learn the field. told just sit in the car and don't talk to him.
The next day the head of sales came in and finally talked to me and sat me down. He was like you are not learning the sales of this role I am letting you go. I was like quiz me on any of the product I'll pass it with flying colors. I passed and he was still like well I am still letting you go. Came back in on Monday to drop off my uniform they had someone else in the role and was being taught the material.
