Didn't know how to title this without giving it away. Also not entirely sure if this belongs here, but here goes.
At work, we had a Q&A with our CEO. There were questions around how staff could be awarded for their hard work. A lot was based around pay awards, shorter working weeks, more leave, etc. The one that takes the cake is the staff member who said 'I haven't taken a sick day in the 12 years I've been here. Can that be recognised with extra days off?
I have no words. Laughable!
