Should there be rewards for never calling in sick?

Didn't know how to title this without giving it away. Also not entirely sure if this belongs here, but here goes. At work, we had a Q&A with our CEO. There were questions around how staff could be awarded for their hard work. A lot was based around pay awards, shorter working weeks, more leave, etc. The one that takes the cake is the staff member who said 'I haven't taken a sick day in the 12 years I've been here. Can that be recognised with extra days off? I have no words. Laughable!
