I work a salaried office job, M-F
8:30am-5pm
I’ve started therapy where I see a therapist 45 minutes per week…..
I sat down with my boss and told him and he told me that I would need to start coming in early one day a week to get 40 hours a week.
My job offers 10 days of PTO and that is it. I use it for Vacation.
I understand having to work my 40 hours a week, but do most workplaces have a separate sick PTO?
