sign violate ADA?

second day I've ripped down a sign on the outside of the employee single occupant restroom at my job that said “bathroom NOT break room” outside of being a childish and inappropriate sign to post in a workplace, this borderline violates the ADA, right? like they would be 100% in violation if they posted actual time limits, but I just don't even want to let petty, unauthorized shit like this take place. some context: – it's a backroom bathroom in a grocery store. not only are there two multiple stall employee only bathrooms upstairs, but there's also customer bathrooms right around the corner from the backroom restroom. it's not the only restroom an employee would have access to. – I've worked grocery coming up on 15yrs soon, and I'm so fucking sick of the highschool level attitude and maturity of soooooo many people in this industry, especially from people older…

outside of being a childish and inappropriate sign to post in a workplace, this borderline violates the ADA, right? like they would be 100% in violation if they posted actual time limits, but I just don't even want to let petty, unauthorized shit like this take place.

some context:
– it's a backroom bathroom in a grocery store. not only are there two multiple stall employee only bathrooms upstairs, but there's also customer bathrooms right around the corner from the backroom restroom. it's not the only restroom an employee would have access to.
– I've worked grocery coming up on 15yrs soon, and I'm so fucking sick of the highschool level attitude and maturity of soooooo many people in this industry, especially from people older and with more workplace seniority than me. Grow up!

so…. thanks for letting me rant and ask for your opinions.
