I was undervalued by my employer… paid way less because I don't have “experience”.. even though I get to do 70% of all work in the office.. they just scorch the money out of my work. I want to change jobs and employ elsewhere so bad, but it's the same with other companies, they need a certain written experience before they can hire me. I am so stuck with life rn
edit – some more info. I work IT / Web Design. worked years for my clients. they pay they get the work done. but it wasn't a job, it was enough to help me through engg. so I technically have years of experience and none in written. that makes me sad.
