Does anyone know what this is? The company I work for is paying to implement this, methodology? And I know next to nothing about it beyond a quick Google search. Does anyone have any direct experience with six sigma and what is it like to work with?
Without giving too much away about my workplace, the company is family owned, relatively small. We are a light utility vehicle sales Business. I'm one of the mechanics that repairs and maintains the company vehicle fleet. Any feedback back in appreciated.
