I work for a small business (less than 10 employees) and the owners refuse to delegate any responsibilities to us, thus having mess ups because of being absent owners. There has been several occasions where we do not get paid correctly, and never on time. Pay days are every other Friday, but no one gets their checks until Monday (Saturday, with Chase). It looks like they don’t submit our hours UNTIL Friday & then we’re stuck waiting until Monday for our money. This is their fault, not my banks, right?
