At my work place there is only 4 of us. The boss,me and my partner and one other person who works admin. The admin got promoted to manager without us being informed and then recently made responsible for our clock ins(because the boss don't want to deal with it) which allowed a privy of personal information to their acess. I get that it's the norm for managers to have access but it made us uncomfortable that now everybody knows our personal details. I don't get how a company of four also has a hr company running hr needs for them needs a manager to manage two other staff. That is just literally too many chiefs.
