Small leap?

I interviewed for a local nonprofit back in April but the position went to someone else. Well, they called me in last week for another informal interview as the original hire didn’t work out. The guy was falling behind on work because he wasn’t asking questions. They’re speaking with my old boss on Monday, which will go well because she and I are still close friends. If I get the position, it’s only a $5k raise ($65k to $70k) but I get benefits and a 401k back!! My biggest loss will be going from 100% remote to 75% remote. I’m trying to leave my current job because they keep promising me a pay raise and a different job title then it’s crickets. Plus, the company finances are terrible and I’ve spent a year wondering if we would have enough money to get through each quarter. I’d hate to leave my…

I’d hate to leave my relatively easy remote job but I feel like this is still the smarter move if I even get it, right?
