I've worked at a Kroger store for four years, and I'm a good employee. Upper management decided that they don't like me, so I'm being targeted. My supervisor said I should probably quit, but that if I need a referral she would give me a shining recommendation. I mention that because it speaks to my work ethic, and I believe the upper management team is being unfair. And now, every mistake I make is being scrutinized and documented, and I don't know if I should quit or try to stick it out. I'm not perfect so I will slip up. I don't want to be fired
