They make you answer a video in a 3 minute clip. Some give you like 2 attempts and others give you one attempt. I’ve had 2 companies do this to me.
First off, I hate seeing myself on camera unless it’s it has a filter or something and I’m taking a selfie.
And the camera is always flipped around and I look really bad. I feel insecure, I hate the sound of my voice. I don’t even make tiktoks because I don’t like putting myself out there. And thus, I fail at these types of interviews.
Anyone have these? I don’t like how this is the new fangled thing. Not everyone likes to be on camera. It’s so impersonal.
