So tired of the corporate machine

I just need some space to rant a bit. I work in a call center, I'm sure that's enough said for a lot of you. My employer does not give us bathroom breaks. I understand the logic of it as I'm sure there are people who would abuse them if we had them. However, myself and other coworkers have been having issues with this relevant to medical diagnoses. We have to use our break time to go to the bathroom. I've been coached for going over that time as I have medical conditions that cause me frequent restroom visits. I was told that if I need an accommodation, I must get a doctor's note.

I do not have access to company medical benefits yet, and upon reviewing the offered plans, I won't be able to afford one when I do get access because of how little I'm paid. With that in mind, I have started working with a clinic for people who are uninsured. I'm sure anyone who has gone through this knows they don't do anything fast.

My operations manager and team lead have been bugging me for this note, and I was just told today that the temporary solution for this problem will no longer be an option (clocking out and in when I need to take time and am going to go over break time).

This is all meanwhile the team lead is never accessible when needed for assistance, because he is outside every hour on the hour having a smoke break.

How is this fair?

Not to mention, a coworker had her medical accommodation denied upon giving them a doctor's note. What's the point?

I'm open to insight and advice, but I will definitely be looking for another job.
