So yesterday I posted this and accidentally had my bosses name on the screenshot…. Another 2% raise to counter inflation! At least he brought in donuts!

He’s not in charge of the decision making for %. No one knows how it works. All I know is a lot of us received offer letters with a stated yearly 4-6% raise and 1-2 months pay bonus and it’s never came close to that. I guess at least I have a job 🤷. That’s what we are supposed to be thrilled about, right?????
