Been asking for a raise for months. Boss assured me they put in a request for a nice raise for me but she wouldnt know till sometime Dec if it was approved.
It is 1/2 of what I wanted, despite a stellar performance review.
Guess I’m looking for an exit now.
I just want to be paid the same as my coworkers, apparently that’s too much to ask for.
