My shift I was to fill was 7am-6pm. The schedule they put out for next month has me all over. 10am-7pm, 3am-11am, 5pm-1am. I was not asked to cover these shifts nor was I told when hired to have open availability. When discussed with my supervisor they said they had to make adjustments. But when I signed new hire forms they said they would ask me first about scheduling other shifts. I have emailed and texted them and they are ghosting me now. I was never actually asked what my availability was or told I needed to be available 24/7.. Now what do I do?
