Stepped down from an inspection position back to tools building/working with friends. Best decision I've ever made. I find it crazy more and more companies are becoming less about the workers and way more about numbers.

Or we all just decide three days a week is plenty enough time at work, not 85% of our lives. Getting sick of how much our occupations really occupy everything about us. How we revolve around it and not the other way around
