So in context i work for a manufacturer that makes construction equipment aka Deere. I’m stressed to the max every day I come in it’s just anxiety and not good feelings. I recently paid off my house and have a big amount of savings and a vested small pension if I leave. I make about 30$ an hour but have been considering leaving for a lower paying job with some benefits. I just feel bad I worked here 6 going on 7 years and I just can’t stand management anymore and getting moved around and not having an actual life I’ve done second and third forever and I need free time. Sorry for ranting the way this company prioritizes money over the workers and people who helped build the company while laying thousands off and giving the CEO pay raises is heartless.
