If I were between the ages of 16 and 26 and earning $15/hr or less, this would be my plan:
- Spend the next 21 months saving up enough money to be able to live for 3-6 months without another job income.
- Effective January 1, 2025: Go on strike.
- Refuse to return to work until a minimum hourly wage of $15 is installed to ALL jobs.
If everyone in that age bracket goes on strike, the service economy, among others, will shut down.
