Struggling with Language Barriers and Communication Breakdowns in a Remote Work Setup – Seeking Advice

Communicating with my supervisor, who is still learning English, has been challenging due to our remote working arrangement. I often find it difficult to decipher her instructions, causing my work performance to suffer. Despite my best efforts to comply with her directions, there are frequent misunderstandings, mostly resulting from language barriers and, regrettably, some lack of competence on her part. For example, during a recent PowerPoint update task, it took 10 email exchanges and consulting another team member before I could fully understand her instructions. Eventually, we had to get on a call for her to provide the correct presentation file. I'm contemplating resigning due to these ongoing issues, but my financial situation makes that a tough decision. I'm wondering if it might be best to persevere until I find another job. Does anyone have similar experiences or advice on handling such a situation?
