My husband is a MMJ, multimedia journalist, and has been working for a Sinclair broadcasting group for 6-7 months. During this time he has suffered severely with mental health issues and the job has caused them and or made them a lot worse. He recently “quit” but we reread his contract and he has to pay back 40% of his annual pay. We have made 14k so far and now he has to pay back 11k. We don’t know how to get out of this situation. The company doesn’t want to fire him. Any advice?
