I hope this is ok to post here. A provider called our office about something he tried to mail into us. He paid for certified mail. The post office did not tell him it was delivered yet. Cue twenty minutes of me trying to explain it's not our fault we don't get it if the post office doesn't deliver it to us, and why he should call the post office to get it resolved. He genuinely could not understand why I told him to call the post office and ask about the tracking because “we're the ones who asked him to mail it in, and he sent it to us”. Like ok..? But the post office if the one delivering it??? You gonna also call your dentist, your grandma, and pizza hut to yell at them about the post office not delivering something?? We're not even conceivably close to being part of the post office. And guess who got marked down for 'nOt SoLviNg' the inquiry because whatever customers rate us sticks even if it's bullshit!
