Stupid shit I heard in the office.

I share an office with our HR director and she's on a conference call with our corporate HR director, and the things I heard were absolutely brain dead. 1: you have to “control the interview” even if that means interrupting the prospective employee. 2: if a prospective employee wants a particular schedule and isn't flexible then we don't want them.
