Suggestions for being petty about RTO

So, I'm one of the most vocal employees that supports remote work. I have never worked in the office since I was hired remotely. I was put on the spot in a meeting yesterday and was selected to LEAD the “Engagement Committee”, specifically surrounding RTO and getting people to come back to the office. I don't even plan to go to the office myself, which is part of why I think they chose me. So how can I make this work for me and everyone else who thinks RTO is pointless? My first thought was to spend the first meeting highlighting why working from home is a good idea and the successes we've experienced while working from home. I've also thought about creating events that are just an excuse to not work for a few hours, not something where people just drop by and go back to their desks. I…

I work for a VERY large company that is well known and they are old school AF. I'm not afraid to shake things up, but don't want to get too crazy.
