1) HR decides that my department and mine only can’t work remotely (though we have the technology available and set up to do so). No reason was given for the change.
2) Pretty self-explanatory based on the on-screen text. My company has a history of documented racism, homophobia, ableism, and classism. One of the unpublished suits is from a former coworker suing over racial discrimination.
3) A resignation letter from a coworker. She had a chronic illness and was threatened with repercussions if she didn’t accept longer hours to “make up for the hours lost” and sign off on it.
