Manufacturing supervisor here, been at the place ten years. We have a new superintendent that threatened to fire everyone Friday. This is not a union shop but it located in ohio. I came back from vacation to some really upset people that are now looking for jobs. To be clear this team sets records has awesome attendance etc. I’m thinking there could be legal recourse, any experts willing to chime in? Could be on here or a DM. Just looking to help the team.
