As employees we are expected to be honest in our resumes, but future employers lie through their teeth about the job and company to get a body in a position.
As employees we are withstanding being treated less than human because we are paid a meager salary. A salary that in most cases cannot compete with the cost of living these days. The financial struggle is overwhelming.

We are burned out, depressed, anxiety ridden, pissed off, and tired. Jobs shouldn’t ruin your life, but they do. We all try our hardest and at the end of the day we know we can be fired for nothing.
I was never a person that thoughts unions were a good idea, but after the last four years, I wholeheartedly agree and support them.
Employers have too much power.
