Team culture died with new management

Before, our team was happy, everyone helped each other, work was really well done. Ever since they appointed several extra managers, a chunk of our team has left which created more work for those left behind. The managers have in turn become heavy handed with increasing our productivity and post KPI goals in the team chat daily. Moral dived, hardly anyone posts in the team chats anymore and if anyone has a question, nobody answers. Only the managers use it mostly and hardly any of the team members reply or react. I’ve noticed quality of work has declined with the increased pressure to meet KPI goals, work that isn’t complete is forwarded on, some people don’t check the information is all there before passing their work on which slows things down. My contract is up in a few months, so I’ve been applying for new roles.
