A previous job we were at our daily meeting and they were making a big deal about what we what can we do to be better about training and I just started laughing the supervisor knew me he knew I had an opinion about it he asked you got something to say I was like I don't know if you want to know what I got to have to say(this was brought up privately)He said no I want honest opinions I was like training around here you just get thrown in the deep end and figure it out this was also a very heavily regulated industry. He looked around and asked everybody does everybody agree with that not one person object. I think I've been there 6 months and I told him the only reason I know as much as I do is cuz I'm aggressive as hell every time there's a problem with the Machinery that we had to work with. I was over there trying to figure out what they were fixing why it was doing it and other people that aren't that aggressive are never going to learn this job which is exactly what happened there was a guy a few months later I think he'd been there maybe 6 months this dude didn't know how to do jack shit couldn't fill out paperwork couldn't get the machine going again on basic things that were common problems. I showed the new employees how to do more things in the trainer did
