It sounds great.
You get offered a temp position that you are told will become permanent in so many days…
So many days have passed, and you have busted your butt. You don't get converted, and from that point on, you get stringed along with excuses and false promises of conversion to perm at some point. It's sort of like dating when one person won't commit to a relationship but constantly leads the other on lol.
I know temp to perm works for many people, but for the most part, it seems like yet another way for companies to siphon your energy for the lowest cost possible. 🤔
