Thanks to this Subreddit for Bringing to Light the Craziness of Overworking and the Lack of Work-Life Balance in Some Work Cultures

I would like to express my gratitude to this subreddit for bringing to my attention the detrimental effects of working in an environment where taking time for oneself and self-worth are not valued and work-life balance is non-existent. In my place of work, companies often exploit the willingness of employees to work excessive hours, including weekends, and those who refuse are perceived as not taking their job seriously. However, after visiting this subreddit and conducting further research online, I have come to understand the toxic nature of working as a mere machine, devoid of free will. I am now motivated to strive for better working conditions, not just for myself, but also for all workers who are unjustly forced into the role of corporate slaves.
