I’ve been working for a medium size company for a few years. They’re pretty anti-corporate bullshit, we’re in the outdoor industry. Now that this corporation is in charge, they keep sending down stupid bullshit for us to do. I have zero interest in doing any of it and I’ve skipped every stupid exercise they’ve sent to do. My manager is a huge “we need to respect our elders” type of person so he’s trying to push the corporate bullshit because it’s being pushed on him from above. But he tries to believe in it. I honestly just hate all of it and I don’t know how to handle this without disrespecting my manager (who I respect and like as a person). What do you do to get through all the corporate bullshit in your workplace?
