A burger King near me closed thos week. It wasn't out of the blue per say. Between burger King generally being lower in the ranks of fast food, a less than ideal location, the pandemic… the constantly empty parking lot had indicated the end was near for a few years… but..
This store had a now hiring sign up the day before the store closed.. like why are you claiming to be hiring when someone knew the store was closing probably a year or more ago. Why would you hire someone knowing full well you'll be firing them in a week, month, or whatever.
The answer is, because they just don't care.
