For context: I work at a country club and work at the bar that is stationed by the pool. (And work two separate positions while there, but that’s not important to the story) I work the coveted weekend shift /j and almost never call off.
My co-worker took over my single weekday shift because I have night classes. Since then, she’s gone dark side and does everything in her power to get on my nerves. When I ask for help from my manager, she sides with my co-worker for Idk why (probably because said co-worker is older than me).
I also do all the heavy lifting with restocking, inventory, running orders myself, etc. For all the work I do, such shitty treatment was enough. Once I got off work the same day, I sent my 2 weeks to all three of my managers.
