I would like you to write about a law/rule that you have/don't have in your country and is a 'must have'.
I heard that in US don't have these three which are essential/crucial for me (Poland):
– health care,
– insurance (80% paid sick leaves, etc.)
– law protecting the employee from getting fired for no reason (it is possibile to fire someone in Poland but it is quite difficult and companies are avoiding that).
