He’s been from the bottom and worked his way up in two years he became our departments manager. The most nicest chillest manager and has never disrespected us.
Since he’s too friendly with us he’s now been forced to move departments as it’s considered “unfair” on other departments??? Recently they’ve increased our workload and he pushed for our raises and we got them. One week after that boom he’s now told us he has to go otherwise he will be sacked.
We’re now stuck with the oldhead who went against the raises and absolutely hates us. Constant rudeness, UPH goblin and an outright prick who constantly threatened to sack us.
Don’t even know what’s the point of this point I’m rambling but I just hate this when something was going so nicely.
