My boss asked me if I’m going to participate and I’m still laughing. The whole Covid fiasco was healthcare professionals coming together in effort to prevent people from dying under deplorable conditions. We have had zero pay raises for the past two years while inflation has increased 14%. Our 401k matching plan was eliminated. Healthcare plans were picked to the bone.
